Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed, including an estimated delivery time and a tracking number once your package is shipped.

Shipping Options

We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs:

  1. Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
  2. Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days for faster service.
  3. Overnight Shipping: Delivered within 1 business day, if the order is placed before 12:00 PM PST.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping (terms and conditions apply).

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Please note:

  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
  • Delivery Times: International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance and local shipping processes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also log into your Chopuniee account to view your order’s status.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 7 business days to initiate an investigation.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Delays: While we strive to meet delivery timelines, Chopuniee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other external factors.
